My thoughts on Public apathy to victims of crime!!

I salute the courage of the young man...who can be identified like any of  us reading this blog...

The internet users of this country can be safely assumed to be middle class educated populace..

What the young ppl suffered on that fateful night of 16th Dec 2012...was horrific..but we could have happened to us...if we dared to roam the streets of the capital city of INDIA...so much for the security and the taxes that we ought to pay to the rulers!!!!

Their only fault was that they crossed the deadline hour of safety on Delhi's streets...The police must have first reprimanded the victims in their Delhiwalla style....you can prefill the dialogues...that they must've showered on the young victims....

The things that happened on that bus...was no lesser inhuman than what they suffered when they were thrown off it.....

Two Police vans coming after half an hour and apparently haggling about jurisdiction!!!!

IF THAT IS NOT ENOUGH...then the victim who has suffered injuries carrying another victim on a police vehicle himself...with nobody from crowd wanting to touch the BLOOD of fellow humans....

SHAME SHAME on the bystanders and all and sundry that were present.!!!

Now, it takes to the point that why public has become so apathetic towards the law enforcement system of our country...

It looks like ENTIRE FABRIC OF SOCIETY is being corrupted by materialism and selfishness....The bystanders did not display an iota of humanity of at least providing a piece of cloth to cover the victims for 30 minutes!!!!!

The events of 16th December on the streets of capital city of India is testimony to the following:
  1. The people of this country view the rulers and their administration as not serving people-at-large but their own interest. They are only institutions who acknowledge their identity, verify their residential status and provide Passport...to enable them to fly off!!!!
  2. The police have become a show-force of the administration to display their power when they move on the streets...They are not allowed to serve the populace due to various political interference and LE agencyhave become a money making machine for IPS cadres and nothing more...
  3. The people have become so apathetic to each other due to an atmosphere of distrust and common insecurity about basic needs in life...that everybody's prime objective is CMY and I-M-NOT-DIRTYING-HAND.
Coming back to the message that young man gave to the society is going to fall on deaf hears!!!

The masses of this country are too ignorant and pre-occupied in their own chores...that everybody says..

Mera Bharat Mahaan...100 mein se 99 be-imaan..yet the Idea of India...exists...Only the super-natural powers are holding this nation together.....NO NO..it is the sleeping begging masses who are responsible..

Only the heavens can save this nation of people....who can watch them drown in the pool of blood but cannot offer anything......
